Recently, I was feeling the early signs of burnout. The constant pressure and relentless pace of work had left me feeling exhausted, mentally drained, and less capable than before. I noticed myself becoming irritable, detached, and struggling to find motivation.


It's a condition that seems common in our fast-paced world, but it's a wake-up call to slow down and focus on self-care.


Did you know that globally, 42% of the workforce is experiencing burnout? Even more concerning is that 72% of entrepreneurs report mental health issues.
