Yet it all depends on why you feel inspired to be a Health Entrepreneur. For example, when I was supporting one of my 1:1 consulting clients this week, we were focusing most of our conversation on the target audience for their venture, to truly understand all their problems, before exploring solutions, value proposition, and business strategy. However, our first call was all about their personal reason why. This is something I’ve learned is vital to understand, as it is your personal, often subconscious, true north. Otherwise, you’re laying the seeds for stress, fatigue, poor mental health, and potential burnout!
That’s why for the second time in a row, I’ve been doing an 80–20 analysis of my past year. Without going into too much detail, I list everything that I do in a typical week. I then score each item with respect to:
