Business Growth Strategies For Health Experts | Tribe Talks

To grow a business, you'll need to acquire new clients and reach out to new markets. However, as a health expert starting out, there's one other strategy that I've found to be helpful.

This all goes back to our number one goal; we want to serve our clients fully, helping them overcome their problems... right?

So to create better products and services that actually solve your client's problems, you need to understand each of the steps in your client's transformation journey.

As a quick recap, this is the third in a 12-part series where I help you go from where you are now as a health expert, to launch your online business in 12 short weeks.

In week one, I introduced you to the Health Expert's Business Model. This is a model that allows you to scale your impact, so you can create a healthier, happier world. Remember though, my focus is also to help you work less, so you can enjoy the freedom of a business that treats you well too. In this week's episode of Tribe Talks, I'll show you how to break down each step of the transformation journey.

Step One: Awareness

In this stage, your potential clients become aware of a problem or opportunity. They may not be sure what the problem is, or they may not be sure how to solve it. But they are aware that there is a problem or opportunity that they want to explore further. For example, a woman who is struggling with her weight may become aware that she needs to lose 20 pounds. She might not be sure how to do it, but she knows she needs to make a change. 

Step Two: Investigation

In this stage, your potential clients begin investigating their options. They might start reading blogs or watching videos about their problem or opportunity. They might talk to friends and family members about it. They might even talk to experts about it. For example, the woman who wants to lose 20 pounds might start reading about different diet and exercise plans. She might ask her friends and family for recommendations. And she might even talk to her doctor about her options. 

Step Three: Trial & Error

In this stage, your potential clients begin trying out different solutions to their problem or opportunity. They might try a new diet plan or fitness program. They might try a new skincare routine or makeup routine. And they might even try a new productivity system. For example, the woman who wants to lose 20 pounds might try a few different diets before she finds one that works for her. Or she might try a new workout routine and find that it helps her lose weight more effectively than dieting alone. 

Step Four: Transformation

In this stage, your potential clients finally achieve their goal. They reach their desired outcome and maintain it over time. For example, the woman who wants to lose 20 pounds loses the weight and keeps it off for good. Hopefully now she can keep that weight off... but she may need help!
